Karen Siegel is an Award Winning cake artist and the owner of Cookie Celebrations. Karen has loved cooking and baking since her younger days and started decorating cakes for close friends and family members in 2005. She is a Wilton Method Cake instructor, ServSafe Certified, Choke Safe Certified and is certified in Allergy Awareness. Karen teaches French macarons, chocolate truffle making, cupcake decorating, gingerbread house decorating and cake decorating at other area vocational schools, Girl Scout groups, Dance Class groups, girl’s night out and private parties. Karen is a current member of the Massachusetts International Cake Exploration Society and holds the seat of Treasurer where she continues to indulge her love of cake and refine her decorating skills.
