Nick Nasuti entered the food service business as a third career, after three decades in sports television, corporate media and utility sales. He bought his first restaurant, Croissant du Jour in Boston, 15 years ago from a retiring owner, slowly making changes to the existing menu, resulting in increased revenue. At the end of that lease, he took over an old Hallmark store on the same block where he built, from scratch, his full vision, Back Bay Sandwich.
