Leena Dasgupta has gained immense experience over the last 35 years in styles of cooking ranging from Indian and Thai to Chinese and Italian – with a special focus on ethnic North Indian cooking. Drawing on a wealth of family recipes and culinary traditions, she has experimented and refined countless recipes from appetizers and main courses to sauces and desserts. Leena is presently working on a cookbook of her most popular recipes.
