If you are a Real Estate Salesman or Broker you must complete 12 hours of Massachusetts
Real Estate Board approved continuing education credit to maintain an active real estate
license. Effective Januaray 1, 2001 the curriculum has changed. Licensees must still take
12 hours of Continuing Education course work every two years, however, the 8 hour core
requirement has been removed. The new Real Estate Continuing Education Curriculum contains
29 modules - each a two hour presentation. Licensees must complete 6 of the 29 modules.

Completion of this course will qualify students to sit for the Massachusetts
Real Estate Salesman Test.
