Why should I pursue becoming a Certified Automobile Technician?
An experienced Automobile Technician can make over $50,000 a year and never have to work a weekend or holiday. With cars becoming more and more technical and computerized the demand and pay for skilled technicians will continue to climb.
Unlike professions where job security fluctuates with the general economy, there is always demand for good automotive technicians.
Even in the worst recession, people still have to get their cars serviced.
If you are certified by the National Institute for Automobile Service Excellence (ASE) as a Master Automobile Technician it means better pay, job security, and job opportunities. |

What is the goal of this program?
The initial goal of this program is to provide you with the solid foundation needed to gain entry level employment in the automotive profession. As you complete each of the eight courses, pass the corresponding ASE exams, and most importantly gain valuable real-world work experience the final goal is to have you become an ASE Certified Technician, the only certification nationally recognized for automotive technicians.
