The instructor (Steele Shane) was great — well-informed, experienced, personable and possessed of a teaching style that not only passed along a great deal of information in a relatively short period of time, but he did so with a sense of humor and perspective which made everyone in the class — regardless of their skill level — feel at ease and looking forward to each session. He also made sure we all had hands-on “practice time” with the lessons we were learning. He skillfully managed to “teach and reach” a class of multiple talents and exposure to the material being discussed. While I don’t pretend to be proficient in all areas of study, I can say with confidence that I now have a working familiarity with Microsoft Office that will serve me well in my career. In short, it was money and time well-spent — and Steele Shane gets the credit for that.
Great refresher for Excel that I learned but didn’t use over ten years ago.
I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to have a general understanding of Excel.
Ray is a very nice instructor and knowledgeable of the content he is teaching.
Ray was exceptional in capturing the class and making sure everyone was following and understanding the content and how to comfortably move through the building a pivot table and understanding the data.
