How to become a Real Estate Salesperson
To become a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, you need to:
- Complete a 40-hour pre-licensing Real Estate Salespersom class at a certified Massachusetts Real Estate School
- Pass the Real Estate Licensure Exam within two (2) years of completing the pre-licensing class
- Have a valid U.S. Social Security number
