Shannon Smith is a certified ChiWalking and ChiRunning instructor and a certified Original Strength coach, using form and technique to help people learn to move more efficiently with less pain. She was recently named ChiRunning’s Instructor of the Month. Shannon’s health journey includes losing over 100 pounds and recovering from multiple leg surgeries.
