S14CRR01 - Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's Course: 40 Hours
If you would like to become a licensed real estate salesperson, this course is your first step. Completion of this course will qualify students to sit for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson’s Test. Verification of completion will be provided to students by the instructor in the Candidate Guidebook, which also provides all information on how to make an appointment to take the salesperson’s exam. This nine-week course covers property, property rights, ownership, condominiums, cooperatives, time sharing, leases, options, contracts, deeds, financing, mortgages, brokerage, appraisal, fair housing, consumer protection, and Massachusetts License Law.
Note: Real Estate License examinees must have a valid U.S. Social Security number. Please bring a lunch and beverage to the Saturday class.
