Dear Prospective Student:
Thank you for inquiring about our Fall 2010 Esthetics class scheduled to begin
on Monday, September 20, 2010 . Classes meet 4 evenings per week, Monday through
Thursday, from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. This is a 300-hour course. Anticipated date of
completion is February 24, 2011.
Assabet’s reputation for quality Cosmetology and Esthetics
instruction is second to none. We have a near 100% passing rate for
students taking the state board exams. In addition, Assabet has been able
to place nearly everyone who wishes to work after graduation. At Assabet
you’ll get plenty of hands on clinic experience, plus hear guest speakers,
see product demonstrations and become a confident and experienced
Esthetician. Above everything else, you’ll have instructors who take a
personal interest in you as an individual with individual needs.
If you compare Assabet’s Esthetics program to other schools you will
discover that dollar for dollar you will get a better education at Assabet
than at any other school. For the Fall 2010 Esthetics program, the total cost
will be $2,995 (Registration Fee: $250, Tuition: $2,395, Kit and Text Fees: $350).
Students are responsible for purchasing a white shirt, white pants, white
professional shoes (clean white leather sneakers are acceptable), and a white lab coat.
To be admitted to the Esthetics program you must mail to us:
-
Your completed, signed
Admissions Application Form
-
Your $250 Registration Fee. This $250 payment will be applied toward
your total cost ($2,995). It is not an additional fee; however, it is non-refundable.
-
Your completed signed
Payment Plan Contract & Withdrawal/Refund Policy Agreement.
There are two different payment plans available. Please read
each of these payment options carefully and choose which payment
plan you will use.
Option A: Pay the entire tuition and fees by September 13, 2010 and
receive a 10% discount of $300. Total cost will be $2,695. (If you have paid your
$250 registration fee, your balance will be $2,445.)
Option B: You may elect to make a total minimum payment
of $1,750 (if you already paid the $250 Registration Fee, you will need to pay
an additional $1,500) by September 13, 2010 and pay the $1,245 balance in nine weekly
payments of $140.00, beginning on September 27, 2010. (Your last payment will be $125.)
Due to the short length of the Esthetics program, students
are not eligible to apply for federal financial aid.
Sincerely,
John R. Mackenzie,
Director of Continuing Education
