To be admitted to this class you must complete and send:

1. The Admissions Application (you will need Adobe Reader to view and print. See below.)
2. The Payment Plan Contract and a $100 non-refundable application fee
   Note: This fee guarantees you a seat in the class. It is not an additional fee. The $100 will be applied toward the total cost of the program - $4,995.00.
